There are two ways that the customer can shop; they can connect directly with one of the 36 luxury brands using Go Instore technology, or they can connect with a personal shopper who can deliver expertise about any brand or product, helping customers find their most coveted items.
Named ‘Exclusive Live Shopping’, the technology offering gives customers additional certainty about what they are buying, and trust in the personal, human associate assisting them. Moreover, via Go Instore's shopping experience, brand representatives are able to showcase products that were previously exclusive to the flagship store, making the experience truly unique.
